Ben is a director, cinematographer, editor and jack of all visual arts. He currently lives in Culver City, CA and attended Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts.
He has shot a number of short films, among them the BAFTA award winning Into the Silent Sea (2013), Barstow (2014), And a Calm Swept Over (2017) and the upcoming Wasteland (2019). He is also currently working on the feature documentary Rivers' End: California's Latest Water War.
His directorial work has been featured by the BBC, FunnyOrDie, MacRumors, CNN, CNET, the Washington Post, NBC, Huffpost & NPR.
When not shooting or editing he can often be found on the culver bike path, climbing at cliffs of id, messing around with guitars and synthesizers or developing film in his sink.
